Does anybody know how long it takes to receive the email with the redemption code for Mountain Lion after registering on the up-to-date page?

72 hrs. That is what Apple told me over the phone. If you want it sooner, go buy it.
Yea and I emailed them with the email address that was posted in here and they said my conformation number didn't exist.

I guess I was lucky. I received my authorizaton code for a free upgrade to Mountain Lion from Apple in minutes.
I hope the installation process on my new MacAir 13" goes as well.
