HI,


One is the option in the link I made earlier (Use iTunes > Contact Support) and email the iTunes staff that can look at your account.


Two is to Use Activity Monitor (Applications/utilities) to Quit imagent (you have to confirm Force Quit)


A third option is to delete the IMAgent .plist then restart the computer (The IMAgent App reads the .plist on start up which is when the computer starts up)


To Access this you need Finder > Go Menu > Hold ALT Key and select the Library that appears in the list

Open Preferences > Find FIle and Drag to Trash > Restart.
