Safari 6 - Google docs spreadsheet not functioning

I upgraded to Safari 6 and now can view, but not make entries or changes to any of my Google Doc spreadsheets. 😟

I have not upgraded to Mountain Lion, but noted in the Google Doc Discussion Forum at Google that someone else has posted there that they were having the same problem with their Google Doc spreadsheets when they upgraded to Safari 6, but they had upgraded to Mountain Lion.

So the problem appears to be with Safari 6 and not related to Mountain Lion.

Everything works fine with my Google Doc spreadsheets when I switch to and use Firefox 13.0.1.

Mac OS X (10.7.4)

It is very annoying, ithinkdancan — and cdzero is spot on. Apple are going to lose power users hand over fist if they don't sort this out with Google soon. And Google are laughing with Chrome being more useful on a Mac than Safari is!

Sorting their browser out should be an absolute priority for Apple, yet Mountain Lion has seen various fixes since launch and not one of them aimed at sorting out Safari.
