can anyone please help
I am trying to update iphoto and imovie and I keep getting this message.

Those two files are the actual updates that get downloaded by the App Store. It seems that the problem occurs when a download (or "Update" in App Store) gets interrupted (by switching off your Mac, internet dropped, etc.), and you now only have half the files.
Thank you very much. It worked for me. It was going on for the last month and thanks to your help I was able to fix the problem.
