Parental Controls Blocking YouTube

After I upgraded to Mountain Lion my kids can't access YouTube on their user accounts. They have parental controls active with unrestricted access to websites. I've also tried allowing the OS to limit adult websites automatically and have added http://www.youtube.com to the always allow section. Still won't load.

YouTube will load when I turn off parental controls. This is not a long term solution. Anyone else having this problem?

I have a different issue relating to this one. It doesn't let my son sign in to his Youtube account. It says "can't establish a secure connection to the google server." Facebook doesn't work either.
