MBP Kernel Panic-like crash EVERY time after sleep. ("Your computer was restarted because of a problem. Please press a key...")

Since I installed Mountain Lion I can no longer shut the computer down to sleepmode,

every time I open it up again it remains black for some time, then the screen turns white,

(in the same manner as Kernel Panic) and a message in several languages turns up:

"Your computer was restarted because of a problem. Press any key or wait a few seconds for the startup process to begin"

The words may not be exactly the since I took it out of my head, but the point is.

If anyone has any sollutions or experiences of the same problem Id be very glad to know because

I have to shut my comupter down every time now instead of getting it into sleep mode. I dont want to damage it.

Its very frustrating.

Computer is a Macbook Pro c2d 15" mid 2009 with 8GB ram, upgraded from the last Lion version into Mountain Lion.

No prior such problems.

Thankyou in advance!

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7)

What is Apple doing ? Same problem on my MacBook Air since I installed Mountain Lion and despite tens of reports sent to Apple support nothing as changed !

I bought my Mac Book Air because of the SSD and the fast restart and now I have to lose time each time I wake it up after the sleep mode :-(

I have no special software or hardware but the most frustrating is to have the feeling it's a well known problem with the latest OS version but Apple is not doing anything ...

I am experiencing the same problem with the new MacBook Air purchased just a couple weeks ago. All was fine until I migrated applications from the MacBook Pro (OS 10.6.8).

I ran through the software upgrades on the old computer (3rd party software as well) to minimize problems before transfering applications over. I've also gone through the permission repair process on MBA, but that didn't seem to make any difference. And no, I don't have any blue tooth devices attached.

Any suggestions?
