How do i change my rescue email

I am having the same problem and there is no link where it should be to use my rescue email address!!

please help me i have $15 in my account i cant spend then beacuse i forgot my apple id security questions and am not reseving the recue email please help

If you aren't receiving the reset email to your rescue email address, and you've checked the spam folder on that account as well as the inbox and tried clicking the link again, then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

I had trouble reseting it 'cause apple wouldnt let me do it so I decided to call them! And they fixed it for me!

Call at 1-800-263-3394 and they're open from 8 am till 8 pm Central. I hope this helps you out!!

i dont have any cedit to call apple support and the reset link isnt there for me 😢

The reset link will only be on your account if you have a rescue email address on it - if you don't already have then you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions.

What country are you in ? In a number of countries Support will call you - if you are in a country where you need to make the call then you will either need to add credit to your phone, or use a land-line

If you aren't getting the reset link then you don't have a rescue email address on your account (an alternate email address is different), and you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions - you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset you can then add a rescue email address for potential future use : Manage your Apple ID primary, rescue, alternate, and notification email addresses
