Mac mini (Mid 2011), Mac OS X (10.7.4), 2.3 intel core i5 8gb Ram
Its Showing me 72 Hours and 40 Minutes for the past half hour !

From a few hours to a few more. Depend's on your service. You want to make sure your unit is set to not go too sleep. When that happens it stops downloading

When I paid at the APP store and started downloading it said to allow about 8 hours. Now It shows 2 1/2 hours left. I had not set my MAC mini to never going to sleep. :-( but I changed that about 3:00 am.

So i am downloading Mountain Lion for the sole purpose of playing a video game that requirs Mac OS X 10.7.4 or later, and I think i have Mac OS X 6. Does that mean when this download is complete i have to buy a seperate thing to download it to 7.4??
It depends on your internet connection. If you want to check your internet speed look at this website: http://www.speedtest.net/. I have a 7 mbps connection and it took about 32 minutes.
