Graphic problems, mostly in Mail and Safari

Hello everyone,

does anybody have some graphic problems in Mountain Lion? These problems often appears in Mail or Safari.

For instance, it look like:

Anybody some ideas about it? Is there a fix from apple? I installed Mountain Lion (clear install with second HD, boot from second HD and download ML, format intern HD and start Install from ML, choose intern HD, after Install just switch the second HD off) now seven times and always there are these glitches...

I ended up taking my Mid 2010 MacPro to an Apple authorized service center. They found that my graphics card was bad. They replaced that, and that fixed the graphics issue I was having. That was a month ago, so my issue is definitely fix, and was hardware related.

After spending some time with 10.8.3, I can say it has solved the graphic glitches in some situations but they persists in others. I haven't experienced any more glitches in Safari and Quick Look (which I use the most), but they persist in Mail (which I use the least):

Same thing for me : no more glitches except in Mail.

Yep same, safari is fine. Mail gives me small random glitches only once and a while. Much improved from where we were. Highlights that it most likely deffinetley isn't a hardware problem.

Hi guys,

same problems with my MacBook Pro 15'' Early 2011 i7 2.3 GHz Hi-Res Antiglare Display SSD Kingston HyperX 240GB 2*4 GB RAM.

An Apple authorized service center already replaced 2 times my logic board but problems are still here. :-( It's clear it's a software problem.

I have these issues with OS X 10.8.1, 10.8.2, 10.8.2 and Safari (6.0.4 too) and Mail.app. I attach to you some examples.

I think it could be a good idea report the issues in the page http://www.apple.com/feedback/macosx.html linking the report to this discussion. Then, we only gotta hope!

Yup, I get glitches like this on a daily basis. It started happening after one of the updates - but I can't recall wich one. Almost always in mail, but occasionally in Safary too.
