this is definitely another bug than I had with ML. With me the whole screen gots tinted blue.
Did you an update from ML oder a clean install? Maybe a clean install would help.
I found that the issue is caused by Adobe Flash Player.
With Flash installed: The screen color tone change sometimes when switch to Discrete Graphic Card (use gfxCardStatus)
With Flash uninstalled: No issue found when switch to Discrete Graphic Card (use gfxCardStatus)
Note:
I have custom color profile.

4 days ago my macbook crashed, no booting possible. I gave it to my local Apple partner and they replaced the logic board. Thank God I had Apple Care, but it runs out in October 2014...
Now I'm not sure anymore, if this is a software or a hardware bug. There are many posts about dying of the AMD graphics in the Early 11 MacBook Pro.
Are you guys positive that it's not f.lux (the app)? Because f.lux will cause a momentary change in color tone when switching GPU. If there are people still having this issue and if using f.lux, disable it and try again.
