I have synced my Pictures library on my PC to the iCloud PhotoStream. Is there a way to see all my iCloud content in a web interface, like it's allowed by all other cloud services (such as Skydrive, Google Drive, SugarSync, Dropbox)? It's surprising to find that iCloud doesn't provide this simple feature that every other cloud service does.

the first time i set up iCloud with my PC, i was able to view some recent pics on my computer. those are the only ones i have . wont add new ones. very dissapointed. people want to safely import their pics so they have room for Apple's updates. i would suggest plugging iphone into computer and importing pics with Dropbox or Picasa
To view photostream photos on your Mac, tell iphoto to enable photostream.
People are incoreects. Iphoto is not just about mobile devices. All of your iphoto photos will sync to photostream (from the last 30 days, and going forward.)
As far as I can tell, photostram only syncs the last 30 days. After that the photostam monthly sets are stored on the computers/devices.

To view your photostream on Windows ("pc"), install iCloud Control Panel.
"On the Mac, you'd synch the photos from the phone to your computer and then move them to the Photo Stream in iPhoto."
On my Mac I don't have to sync photos to the computer to get them into iPhoto Photo Stream. The stream is activated in iPhoto and they download there automatically when the computer has a chance to get online.
And the other pathakam of not being able to get 100s of Camera Roll photos into his stream may just be due to the stream being limited to the most recent 1000 pics, right?
Umm actually you can publish your photo streams online viewable in any web browser on any device.
Go to photos on you iOS device, then click the shared button on the bottom middle. Select which stream you wish to publish then click people on the bottom right. On the next screen you'll see the option to publish and it will provide a URL once enabled.
And how the 👿 can I view my "Photostream" from my mac book pro? Thanks in advance!
when ever IOS 8 and Yosemite come out , I am sure we will get over Photo also on icloud.com, like we have Contact , Calender , Mail , Fine my iphone on the web www.icloud.com.
