Screen Protector Bubbles

Please help! I got 2 new screen portectors and as I try to apply them, they always leave air bubbles. The big ones are easy to get out but the little ones wont even move. PLEASE HELP! I am so frustrated!!

iPod touch, iOS 5.1.1, iPod touch,8Gigabytes 4th gen

I didn't really, but I just played with my ipod for a while, and now there area lot less bubbles. I'm SO not taking it off again!!
