I can't update or download apps in iTunes

Im using ipad mini2. Its been more than a week now since im trying to download different apps in itunes.after i press the free button then install,it always end in waiting.that supposed to be my next step is typing my password.need help please.

I'm having the same issue here too, 5s, all updated phone and computer with aboslutely no issues on my ipad 3. I cannot even see anything on the update page, even though the badge shows the apps need to be updated (I usually have auto update off). When I try to download an app, the circle just keeps spinning, never getting to my password/finger print stage.

An update I can get to through testflight is just stuck and I can't even use that app anymore.

I use the same account on my different devices, and this suddenly happened only a few days ago on my phone. I updated to a new software ages ago when it just came out. Done a couple of hard resets too, not feeling like doing a factory reset either though. Any news on this odd situation?

Been having the same issue in my ipad mini for the last 2 weeks.

I use the same account in my 5S, and it works fine. So, it must be the device (ipad mini).

I was about to reset the device to factory setting, I connect to itunes in my pc to backup.

There's a dialog box asking me to update to the latest iOS (7.1.1 like in 5S, while My ipad mini has 7.0.6).

So, instead of resetting the device i chose to try the latest iOS first. After completing the update, i tried to update and download an app (using ipad mini not through itunes in pc), it works fine!

i am useing a mac book, i cant install downloaded app from itune, please help

Hi. My apple ID is disabled too. I can't upgrade apps but I can upgrade the system. It says, my apple ID is disabled. I bought something with my apple ID and we already paid it but my apple ID is still disabled. Please help.
