RAM UPGRADE

Hi,

I've got a MacBook Pro 13" late 2011 and I'd like to upgrade the RAM to 8Gb.

I know there's a kit provided by Apple itself, but I think it's too much expensive ;

Is it another solution to upgrade my RAM without invalidating my warranty?? Can I upgrade the Ram by my self? (My one-year warranty ends in November)

Thankyou in advance

Federico

People add what is deemed necessary. External drives are just that -- external. "Portable" can be undone by "external" storage.

Instead of mocking those who make decisions based on their perceived (and very possibly valid) needs, I simply want them to not over-spend themselves into the welfare rolls.

Unless I am paying for their food because they spent too much on an SSD, I leave them to their choice. Something that comes with having others leave me to my own decisions for more than 2 years of exposure to adults.
