So this happens all the time in my videos due to having 1080i video footage. When I try exporting it into 720, it gets rid of them but everything looks ghost-trailed and it really ruins the video. Is there anyway I can fix this? And no, selecting "de-interlace" does not work.

Won't compressers reduce the original quality of my clips though?
Compressor only comes with FCP it seems, and I'm FCE bound due to costs
