VISA not accepted. Your payment method is declined, please use another payment method.

I created an Apple ID by first downloading a free app. So I had chosen the "none" option in the payment methods section. Now I want to buy a paid app through VISA. But whenever I am trying to buy it , I get a message "Your payment method is declined. Please use another payment method"😠. I have double checked all my card info and address. All are correct. Then why my card is being declined? !!

Hey, i had the same problem. you might have two currencies on your bank account. for example I had a euro and a RON (romanian currency) account. but the card only could work with RONs not on euros. I had 2500 euros but 0 RONs. So it never worked. then I called costumer service they told me to convert some euros in RONs because card activation requires some money. I converted 4 euros in RONs and then registered my card. and it WORKED!!! you dont even have to be so conscious about Name spellings and address and postal code. you just have to have money in the account your card is working on.

I'm switch to another credit card and then retype mine
