Cant update from ios 6 beta 4 to GM
Keeps saying software is up to date when i check wirelessly and through iTunes.
Does anyone know how to get round this issue?

No problem. Worked on my iphone 4 and ipad 2..shouldnt be a problem.
I'm having this issue on my iPad (3rd Gen), but none of the suggested fixes work! If I let iTunes download the firmware, it says that it was corrupted during download. If I download it manually, it tells me that the firmware is not compatible with the iPad!
I've tried connecting to iTunes with the iPad in normal mode, Reset mode, and DFU mode, and none of them work! Please help! I am just about at my wits' end!
