VirtualBox stopped working with the update to 10.8.2

I just upgraded to 10.8.2 and VitualBox stopped working.

This is the error:

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine dev_env_oraxe.

VT-x is being used by another hypervisor. (VERR_VMX_IN_VMX_ROOT_MODE).

VirtualBox can't operate in VMX root mode. Please close all other virtualization programs. (VERR_VMX_IN_VMX_ROOT_MODE).

Does anyone have a clue?

I don't want to be forced to restore from backup.

I am able to confirm that its all working with 10.8.2 if you use Vagarant then once you isntall the hot fox make sure that you install the latest version of vagarant and all will work ok.
