ios6 won't connect to wifi

I just upgraded my phone to iOS6... When I got home, I noticed that I was on 3G, so I tried to connect to my home wireless network through the Settings control panel. The phone connected for a second, then went back to 3G, and a window opened to Apple.com titled "LOG IN" with a message along the top of the page saying "Hmm, the page you're looking for can't be found." I was not trying to use Safari. This was almost as if I was trying to log onto the network at Starbucks or some hotel where you have to go through a gateway to get to the internet.

What do?

Network Reset worked for me.

Wlan is ok on my 4S.

Still downloading ios6 for iPad3. Well see what happens on the iPad

Same issue here as well. I have no issues connecting my iphone to my home network, but when I use my school network the LOG IN pops up (my college does not have a log in system to connect to wi-fi as it is free to use).

I'm having the same problem. When I try to connect to my WiFi, it goes to the "apple.com" homepage, and then it bumps me off the website, and goes back to 3G....

This is extremely frustrating.

This happened to me. All I did was log in to apple with my computer and it asked me to set up a user name. I did and now it works fine.

I attempted to update m iPad2 to iOS6. Diasaster. Everything seemed to be okay until it was time to set up. Now I can't connect to the internet. I have "forgot" my network and re-entered my router password, no luck. I am using a 2Wire Uverse. I had absolutely no problems iwth iOS5.1.1. Glad I did my iPad2 first and not my iPhone. Then I would be really unhappy. Come on Apple. What gives?

Same issues on both iPhone 4 & iPad 3. Seemed to be working fine all day until now...

Same here.. turned off Wifi, then turned it back on and now it's working. That Apple web page popping up was annoying. Hopefully it will stay connected.

same here. iphone4 can't connect to home network (not sure about office network). ipad2 connected automatically, as it should

Go into your sarfari settings and turn off autofill, and clear your history and cookies. This just worked for me.
