Keyboard lockups with OSX 10.8.2

After the 10.8.2 update, keyboard input is hanging intermittently on my 2011 MacBook Air. It occurs in several applications (have tested with Safari and App Store) and often when switching windows or input fields. The keyboard input just stops working for a few seconds, then some of the typed text is input at the cursor.

Also, sometimes when opening a new tab in Safari, a window pops up complaining about a bluetooth headset. Maybe this is linked somehow?

Anyone else experiencing the same?

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.1), 13-inch, 128 GB

I'm having a similar problem since 10.8.2, but only when I'm logging on. The mouse and keyboard freeze for several minutes (though input keeps being processed... when the freeze ends whatever I typed shows up in the login name box).

I'm not running Radio Silence, but I'll see about what other apps were migrated. Maybe Apple's migration assistant should tag apps and startup items were migrated, and have an option to boot up with *just those* packages disabled...

I solved mine by going through everything in /Library/StartupItems and /System/Library/Extensions that was the same as in the Time Machine backup from my old Macbook Pro, and removing 3rd party ones that weren't 64-bit Intel.
