Re: iOS 6 Missing Personal Hotspot

I am currently using iPhone 4. After upgrading to iOS 6, I couldn't locate Personal Hotspot. I have tried to reset the network setting but to no avail. It is not even under General - Cellular Data. Thus, I have no way to turn it on. Basically it just disappeared from my phone. Please kindly help me. Thanks.

The restore didn't work for me. I talked to two folks at Apple today and 3 at AT&T and both groups are blameing each other.

It was working fine until iOS6 install, I'm on 4S. I've reset everything and even restored on iTunes, to no avail. Searching the Internet, this seems to be a common problem with no solution.

I have two exactly the same iPhone 4 (bought them in same day). There only difference is serial numbers.

They both on the same carrier (outside of US).

I installed iOS6 yesterday on both of them . One works just fine. Maps looks great, 3 settings in map settings (km or miles, English labels, labels size). On another there is no Personal Hotspot, maps looks really really simple (just white roads, no special symbols etc) and only one setting in Map settings (km or miles). So this is definatelly not carrier issue.
