App Store Keeps Crashing iOS 6 iPod4

There is a bug in ios 6.It is bugged apart.Some people's update to ios 6 was successful but others have many problems.But try to restore your device and reset it to factory settings.

App store crashes on my iPod too, apple help us. Cant donwload anything anymore.

I know the problem. Just make back-up. Restore the device and the problem is gone.

I will try it with one of the iPhones.

I upgraded my iPad 2... The AppStore crashes...

Tried that but did not solve the issue.

No good - tried that and problem persists.

No help either APPLE please get this fix!

This update is Stupid. The App Store keeps crashing and then it says

Cannot Connect To iTunes Store. If apple keeps doing this kind S--t I'm not gonna buy

Anymore apple products and that's a promise!

Try restoring and do not restore from backup. Manually sync your stuff onto your iPhone/iPod. This can resolve a lot of issues.

Ok, I spoke to Verizon as well as the Apple store - they claim my iPhone 4 has a hardware issue which is causing the problem and needs to be repalced. Apple is not acknolowdging that it is an IOS 6 problem or that anyone else has complained of having the same issue. Thankfully I had the warranty or they will charge you around $200 for a repalcement iphone. I think it is a big conspiracy.

The AppStore crashes especially every time when I search for something 😠 Urgently waiting for fixing this problem by Apple ...

To all of you guys coming to this discussion.

When I used to have the Beta's of IOS 6, the app store and some of my apps that I used worked perfectly.

No crashes/No slowness when searching apps from the search tab.

The Genuis wasnt available for IOS 6 yet, bc it gave me a msg saying so under the Genuis tab.

YouTube was gone by IOS 6 Beta 3. Contract between Apple and Google Expired.

Some of my other apps I use often crashed 20-40% of the time.

During the beta's

GameCenter -Crashes 65% but later it stoped but down to crashes 5%

After IOS 6 MS

The one's I use the most is to get a specail item all the time is:

AngryBirds -Crashes 96%

AngryBirdsSpace -Crashes 45-65%

Snoopy Street Fair -Crashes 50%

GameCenter -Crashes 1%

The rest 68 apps out of 73 apps i have on my 8gigs seem to be fine for now. some updated to IOS 6 and Est. 63apps have not been upated to IOS 6 yet but still works fine with no crashes.

I'm not sure at this time if it was wise to have IOS 6 out yet or not.

Here's one thing that may not make sense at all or not, but anyway,

my brother has a White iPod Touch 4G 8gig upgraded from 5.1.1 to IOS 6 using OTW update tab but pluged into my laptop to charge and i was using iTunes at the time while my black iPod Touch 8gig was plugged into but updated mine by iTunes and resest the iPod in order to restore from my iCloud.

bc once backup with a higher version IOS, u cant restore ur data with a erlier IOS.

Might try to go back to IOS 5.1.1 then update it with the update tap withn Settings and reload my backup from iCloud. I'm tired of it crashing alot my self.

Just tried Genuis and the search tab. it almost loaded fully but it crashed, the same with searching. but the other tabs work. no slowness or anything. somthing got buged and affected another source before they distrubted online and then days later to settings update bc everything was working great other than they moved somthing over in >settings >about at the bottom they changed alittle from beta 4 to the main full one which shows 3 tabs of Advertising, Dianostice & Usage, and Legal now. It did have 4 or 5 before.

same to me i have iphone 4s almost every thing is craching i know from reports on i phone sayying low memory but i cant know how to fix
