HP laserjet printer P1102W not allowing to connect to mac OS 10.8

i recently purchased an HP laserjet printer P1102W and am having issues connecting to my mountain lion macbook pro. any suggestions?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4), 13"

i finally figured it out! i had to download the latest HP upgrades from the APPLE website and that reconfigured the setup...done! thanks anyways.

Hi markbar7!Thanks for your advice! My HP LaserJet P1102w worked over USB for months, I thought it was impossible to connect it wirelessly.
Now it works wireless and I'm very satisfied!)

Is there any way to connect it to hidden WiFi network, adding network name/password? Thanks!
