Something loose in new iPhone 5

I received my iPhone 5 today and noticed that something is rattling inside when I shake the phone. Sounds like the battery.

Anyone else having that problem?

Just picked up my new iphone 5 20 days ago and encountered the same problem. I heard the rattle when I shook the phone near my ear. There were 2 sounds actually.. 1.The autofocus made noise. 2. There was another sound which was found out be a loose power button.

So I went to the service centre and replaced it for a new one.But still I am facing the exact same problem.

The sound is so irritating and I am regretting to have bought an apple product which is considered to be premium.

They say that the rattle cannot be stopped completely. But I am again gonna pay them a visit soon !!

If it is a small more high pitched rattle it will most probally be the camera lens focus which has been talked about on the 4s and the 5, but i talked to apple and they said its not a problem its perfectly fine, but if anything stops workin or it gets worse just take it in. On the other case if its a loud rattle its gonna be the battery coming loose which you could take it back and they will fix it or give you a new phone or you could try a method by placing your iphone on its back and pressing quite firmly on the glas and it will stick the battery back down.

Hope his helps Everyone!

Thanks.

I literally got the iphone5 delivered like an hour ago and immediatley notice this rattle noise when putting phone down! How cheap and tacky it sounds - seems it doesn't affect operation - but it make you think it could / something loose...

The box was sealed and phone was mint, yet hearing this noise made me doubt it was new until i searched and found so many other complaints!

I cant beleive this is 'normal' - seriously the folk that lets this go out of production should be ashamed.
