how do I get my business on apple maps?

Is your business listed in Factual.com as well? Is all of the contact info data consistent across all of the services?

After following the instructions given by BlueSpot85, should I see anything in the map?

I've added locations to apple maps using an Ipad with iOS 7, and after adding the locations I don't see anything, not even a confirmation message with something like "Your info has been sent" or anything like that.

Should I be logged in to an apple account while adding locations to Apple Maps?

How can you know if your locations have been accepted or rejected?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Reporting a problem via Apple Maps does not move the needle in my experience. You should definitely do it, but you need to make sure that your business info is correctly listed on all of services that Apple Maps pulls data from. Even when you do that, it's not 100% guaranteed that your listing will make it to Apple Maps, but it's the best way to get it on in my experience.

I just added it to factual. I added to google maps a week ago and it's already registered. Google sent me a mail to verify the physical address. Google is so cool 😝 !!! I will update...

Unfortunately, I'm very limited with my options since the majority of services Apple pulls data from are not available in my country (Bolivia), for instance Yelp is not available here.

I'll try to add to factual, but just to be clear, should I see something (like a confirmation message or something) after I add a location to Apple Maps? because right now, after I tap "send" there is absolutely nothing.

Well sadly Factual is also not available here in Bolivia, it seems that I really have nothing else to do at the moment but wait.

You won't get any response from Apple. Not sure where Apple gets its Bolivian data from. One way to try to figure it out is to search Google for Bolivian businesses listed in Apple Maps and see what data sources appear in the results. Sometimes a yellow pages site would appear and then you could try to figure out where it gets its data.

If you login with your Apple ID, you should be able to get your business registered with Apple Maps.

This worked perfectly thanks, I got a message from Apple a week later saying they had added my business address which that had but I was wondering how do I get an icon on the map at my business location?

I have a problem with submitting my business. The phone number verifies as I get a call from Apple with a pin code, but when I submit my business it is refused as it tells me that the phone number is unusual for my area. The number I use for my business is a mobile number, but even if I put in my house number (which is located at the business address) it is still refused and I cannot submit my business.

Anyone able to help me submit?
