Scuffs/Scratches On New iPhone 5 Right Out Of The Box

Just opened my iPhone 5 which I ordered from Apple.com. As soon as I opened the box, I noticed nicks and scuffs in the bezel. I realize that at some point this might happen from normal wear and tear, but right out of the box is unaccepted. Is Apple aware of this and if so, what can be done to get this taken care of?

"Nevertheless, the combination of reports of increased pressure and coercion of workers in connection to this product and some reports ofscreen issues and defects in the shipped products last week, are not good signs for Apple. Is it possible that it is pushing its supply chain too hard? "
