Scuffs/Scratches On New iPhone 5 Right Out Of The Box

So far I haven't heard complaints within the USA. Only right after people worldwide started getting them.

There is something on cnet regarding the scuffing issue.

If there has been ongoing problems within Foxconn and their employees, then their workers are purposely damaging our goods!😠

I also have a small nick on the bottom right of my white iPhone 5 right new out of the box tho I Never noticed it tell i got home and after I Paid for my factory iPhone unlock........ so im stuck with it cause i dont think apple will unlock the replacement....

annoying they need to step up there game...

I hope Apple will bring some light on the matter this week. They need to do a better job for everyone. At the end of the day, they are in business to make great products and make money along the way.

If they step up their game any more, they would decide then to bring the work to America and then our iPhones would certainly cost a pretty penny.

I preordered my black iphone 5 and received on 21st and even before i unboxed my iphone to i just straight to the att store to get a case and just took my iphone out of the case and found out that there is a kinda big scratches on the top left of my iphone wow

Honestly to be honest, I rather just know when they are going to put those people back to work and know exactly when Apple will be sending my precious AT&T my iPhone 5 to send to me. After I gets mine I'll worry about everything else.

Apple should consider doing something serious real fast because it seems to me that almost every freaking iphone 5 has some scratches on them

Very sorry. I know the feeling. After seeing 4 iPhone 5 with the problem. I suspected we were facing a larger problem.

Has anyone actually went into the genius bar to talk to the people at the apple store? If so, what did they say? And if not, i'll go in tmrw and see what they say.
