I think I fixed my quick drain issues by "calibrating" the battery. I used it until the phone died and then recharged to 100%. Now, it seems ok - I was just on an hour long call and only lost 7%. One thing I noticed was that when it was draining, the % was dropping quick and then stayed on 1% for about 20 minutes. So I think the phone thought the battery was much lower capacity than it really was. After this, all seems well.
Please note if you do this, make sure NOT to try and completely discharge the battery (just let it die once and then recharge). If you try to get all of the charge out of it by trying to turn it on and on again after it dies, eventually all charge will be lost and the battery will be toast. Good luck and I hope this helps!
