can't open or reinstall i tunes
What happens when you try to reinstall iTunes? Do you get an error message? If so, what does the error message say? (Precise text, please.)
Thank you so much!! Did exctly what you said. And worked no problem..and def no errors now! Appreciete the help! :]
Did exactly what Flinneybee recommended and it worked perfectly. Amazing! Thanks for the info.
Thanks Flinneybee! That worked prefectly.
I've been trying to follow you process, Flinnybee, but it absolutely refuses to uninstall Apple Mobile Device support. It gets most of the way through the process and then reverses itself and seems to reinstall?
I tried that - I"don't have sufficient privileges" to either uninstall or repair. It's on my home computer which connects to our wireless router if that matters.
On the thrid try it reinstalled correctly (or so it seems so far - keeping fingers crosses) without final uninstallation of the mobile device supprt. Thanks to all.
@Draughts_man , i had exactly the same problem regarding uninstalling apple device support . i tried to several times but in vain . at the nth time , i just gave up and just went ahead to installing Quick time then itunes(as Flynneybee suggested) . luckily , it went smoothly and i was able to reinstall everything .
Have you tried a complete tear down and rebuild as shown in the second box of Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates?

Brilliant advice worked for me. Thanks.
After many uninstalls and reinstalls I figured out that iTunes installed 32 bit and 64 bit for iTunes. I uninstalled just the 32 bit because my computer is 64 bit and then restarted my computer. Sometimes it takes two restarts. It is now working.
bro im also facing the same problem....can u say me d solution??
