i can receive email but cannot send any on my new iphone5. have followed suggestions. any ideas?

I had a similar problem on an iPhone SE and one step that may have been missed I didn't read all the replies but I had to reboot my iPhone after I changed the two passwords to match each other. After that, the problem was solved. Great article by the way and thanks. I was frustrated for several days trying to figure it out.

Hi since I've had my iPhone 6s I've not been able to send emails they just go to my outbox , I can receive them , is there something I need to do to fix this as I carnt reply to any emails

Sign out of i tune account then back and ensurred i tunes account was on and that worked!
