I've tried everything I can think of.
It will cause problems eventually.
Haha happy to help, I only signed into this site because I couldn't figure it out, and when I did I thought I'd better share it :).
Thanks donlutkus.. the suggestion worked great for me. It seems that this was an iCloud issue for me..
Hello, mbatch81,
Your method is what I really want to apply, but if I did this,
and I already suscribe iTunes Match, the songs and playlist will still shown there right?
Except that they are not exsist and accupy my storage.
Thank you so much, looking forward to your reply.

Joy
Here's a good tutorial on removing songs (including songs on iCloud) = http://helpios7.com/remove-songs/
and here's one on removing the entire library: http://helpios7.com/remove-entire-music-library/
Thank you.
But if I do the delet in the storage, can I sill see all the songs in my i5 as they would now have the " cloud download" icon at the right side?
I was able to delete songs and an album from my iPhone by doing the following.
On iPhone
Do not connect to Computer
1) Settings-->General-->Usage-->Music--> EDIT-->(Delete all music)
2) Reboot iPhone
On Computer
Go into iTunes
Click on Music in LIBRARY
Find the song or album which you wish to delete.
If its an album click where it says Show Complete Album
Click on song you wish to delete, or if entire album, click first song while holding shift key and then scroll down to highlight all songs.
Click edit at top of screen.
Click Delete--> Message will ask if you wish to delete all songs selected-->If so click YES
At top of computer click iTunes-->Preferences--> Advanced--> Reset Cache
This will clear out everything you deleted from the cache memory
Now connect your iPhone to your computer, go into MUSIC on your iPhone and check to see which songs still appear in the library. If you dont see the song you wanted to delete, its fine to SYNC.
This worked for me in getting rid of a nasty batch of Halloween songs I could not get rid of.
They are now gone forever.
Hope this helps.
Thank you so much for the well explained answers : )
I was in the same situation as you and this worked for me.
Thanks! 🙂
This might be already posted here, but it appears iOS 6.1 has fixed this problem.

Thank you to everyone voiceing your concern I think it really helped to make meaningful change.
I have been using iPhone file manager for a couple of months to manage the files on my iPhone. It’s lets me manage the songs on the iPhone as using Window Explorer: selecting files with the “Shift” and “Ctrl” shortcut keys, dragging and dropping to copy files, etc.
Great! It worked!
