iPhone 5 Camera Horrible Purple Lines Down Pictures!

Its iphone 5 design problems means what do u mean by that...

By design I mean from it's concept, development, prototype & field testing.

The problem should have been found back then, not by us the paying customer.

Yaa its in ever ip5 i replaced 3 times found in all this prob so its normal behaviour of ip5 or not

If you have changed your phone 3 times, this tells us something doesn't it.

It appears to be the normal behaviour if the conditions are right.

Using iOS7 appears to be more resilient to the problem for me, that I am sure, but it is not fixed.

The same prob will be there in ip5s and ip5c or its just for ip5

I have no experience with 5S or 5C, just 5.

I hope the new models are perfect but only time will tell.

So it can be that it happens in 2g because when we use a lot of net the mob is not getting proper connection and when at a same time we use camera it shows pink lines and when we double tap home button and close all apps the camera works perfect so it means in 2g the phone is getting over loaded and the pink lines which comes in camera indicates that it is not good to use camera at this time...

So does ios7 reduce your problems than before mine yes but the problem is not gone because i have one glith yesterday but it has improved than before...

I agree, iOS7 has improved it but not gone.

IT"S FAULTY CAMERA HARDWARE PEOPLE, I REPEAT FAULTY CAMERA HARDWARE ---- NOT SOFTWARE, NOT SIM CARD, NOT 3G/4G/WIFI/GPS ETC. ...MY GOODNESS

If its faulty camera hardware why its happens in only 2g why not in 3g and wifi..

I have already said that it is due to design and that includes hardware.

If people have changed their phones and fixed their problem then great.

All I know is that if I move up the road 1 mile, I have no problem, camera is 100% perfect!
