iPhone 5 can't send SMS - gets an error when sending SMS

Hello guys,

I am in the same situation with my iPhone 5 bought from sprint,i cannot send Sms messages and I tried all.I sent over 10 emails to support@apple.com but in return i get an email that says apple don't read or respond to email sent to this adress.

I found a profile on facebook named iPhone Permanent Unlock that told me he can unlock CDMA + sms bug fixing for 140 $.Do you think it is possible that this guy resolve my problem because I didn't receive any answer from Apple.

Hi. I can't send SMS on iPhone 5 but can receieve someone please help.

Hello all people here, I had this problem when I got my Sprint iPhone 5.

All what I did is I called Apple Support at their free number and they did everything for me.

They asked me to restore via iTunes and everything is done.

if you are in the states please call them, if u are not use any internet calling service and call them!

my problem took less than 24 hours to be solved.
