My IPhone 4s is not sending text messages to just one person. Help!

All of the sudden I can't send texts to my boyfriend. It seems like I'm getting his now but he is not receiving any of mine. Any advice?

My iPhone won't send to one of my contacts. I have been able to until the last couple of days. She has a Samsung phone.
