Headaches and Dizziness with iPhone 5
After upgrading from the iPhone 4S to the iPhone 5 I noticed dizziness and headaches after using my phone. As I tried to pinpoint the issue I noticed my ears popping when talking on the phone.
After feeling like a lunitic for the first week, I think I have finally found the cause of the issue - the new iPhone 5 has Active Noise Cancelling, which causes those exact symptoms in a small number of people.
Is there anyway to turn off the Noise Cancelling? I'm generally in a loud area and the pressure felt on my ear caused by the noise cancelling is unpleasent - enough to the point where I'd rather go back to my iPhone 4S or stop talking on the phone all together.
If software won't do it, is there hardware I can rip out or disable that will stop the noise cancelling?
