iPad App Store blank load screen

My App Store on my new iPad won't load it opens to a blank screen, the Internet works but it fails to load, I have tried shutting it off and rebooting the iPad. Any suggestions?

This is obviously a ubiquitous problem. I've tried every trick mentioned with no resolution.

In the meantime, you can update apps individually by going through the alphabet on the PURCHASED tab in the App Store and finding the apps that have an UPDATE button next to it.

I noticed that I also had a white "blank" screen when I opened up my app store. I only saw a search box when I clicked on the 'purchased' or 'updates' tab. Then I double-clicked the home button to see if I already had an instance of the app store already open. And I did! So I swiped it closed (I actually swiped all my open apps closed). When I clicked on the app store app again, everything connected fine.


I think what caused this issue was that I had connected to the Internet via the app store app using one wifi network, and the next day I then I connected to another wifi network and tried opening up the app store app again, resulting in a blank screen.
