Except for the WIFI problem (extremely low download speeds, like 0.3 Mbit/s), I see another problem occurring every now and then on my new iPhone 5 black 64gb. It's hard to specify how often this problem occurs, but I'd say once every device reboot - which could be when power on/off, or changing language (I do change language often).

The problem is, the below dialog pops up all the time and won't go away until I've clicked Cancel about 40-50 or so times. I'm not kidding.

I'm exemplifying with two screenshots.

The full dialog goes:

What's this about? I should note that because of the WIFI issue I have reinstalled the iOS as per advice from Apple Call Center. The WIFI problem did not get better (actually, that advice was ridiculous, coming from a support call center). Anyhow, the current problem didn't go away even. The problem just still exist, popping up now and then. There's no way to get rid of the dialog except tapping Cancel - the dialog reopens. Have to keep on tapping cancel 40-50 times...

I am having the exact same issue. However, it will occasionally happen to me even when I'm not in an app.

I had this on my iPad. It is very fustrating. Apple support were of no use. I tried everything, and finally this worked for me: I deleted the app associated to the sandbox account (if you're a developer, as I am, you'll have a secondary iTunes acc for the app you're developing). I also deleted all games, as my kids may have downloaded games using their own apple ID. Then I reset, and used "Erase all content and Settings", then used iCloud to reinstate my apps.

My problems all started after an update. The basic issue is, your device is seeing two apple ID's associated to the devive. It could be (generaly is) developer accounts, but could also be someone else downloading apps using a different iTunes acc.

Good luck!

Sadly, I don't have any apps in development on my device, and my main Apple ID (with all my music and app purchases going back for years) is my developer account. Not using that account isn't really an option anymore. 😟

Don't go to apple store. It's a waste of time. They have most likely not seen this problem before and really they are just lightly trained sales people.

I am pretty sure that in my case (even using iOS 6.1.3) the problem is connected to my main account which is also registered in the iOS developer program. A minute ago when the popups appeared I managed to log out of iTunes Store and there, the popups disappeared.
