My app store function only returns a blank, white on featured, search, or any of the icon choices at the bottom except upgrades. All app store functions worked fine until today. I had upgraded to iOS 6 a few weeks ago. I've reset some functions like Network settings and restarted the phone among countless other trouble shooting actions, but nothing has worked. Does anybody know how to fix this??

I've had this exact same problem since January 25th as well! I've been going crazy trying to fix this. Is there any solution to this or is this an Apple App Store problem?

My App Store Updates is just white blank screen eventhough theres a number 2 on the app store icon that needs to update I already tried changing the date & time

Yes, this is fixed now with the new 6.1 os update.
Same Problem with my iPhone 4S shows I have 12 updates but updates screen is blank. I have rebooted the phone but the problem persists even after the 6.1 update yesterday.
Further too: It fixed it self this morning
