My App Store shows a blank white screen no matter what i do - any way to fix this?

I faced the Same Issue. It is resolved by changing the language at Settings-->General-->International-Language. Change the Current Language ( I have changed it from British English to English). Then after a succesful change, Go to Appstore- Updates. The Issue is resolved. Now go back to your original Setting (if required)

Try these things.

Go to Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>Off. Set the date one year ahead. Try to update the apps again. If you get an error message, go back to the settings. Correct the date and time (set automatically) then go back and try to update the apps again.

Or try this

Settings>Privacy>Location Services>System Services (swipe to the bottom of the page to find this)>Location Based iAds>Off.

Sorted. I got my app store back on my iphone 6s by; Settings - Language. Select another language, (I selected English Canadian), and see if it works. If OK, go back and change the language back to original. I know it sounds weird, but it worked on 2 devices, hope it works for you.

Actually there is a simple fix,

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to iTunes & App Store Section.
3. Tap on Apple ID.
4. Click the sign out option.
5. Open the App Store.
6. Wait a few seconds for content load.
7. Go to the purchases section and Sign in.

If changing language, signing out of iTunes, turning off Genius had not solved the blank update screen, a solution that worked for me is:

1. Turn off automatice time setting
2. Set the clock forward one year
3. Check for app updates (get error)
4. Correct the clock time/date
5. Check for update and get them!

Since installing the 6.1 os update, this issue has been fixed on my iPhone.

Yes this is SOOOO annoying. It has basically been going on for me ever since I upgraded..haha what an upgrade, to the ios6. I can open the updates but then nothing will update. I have tried EVERYTHING the discussions recommend but still nothing. I have wasted to many hours! Apple needs to step it up when it comes to finding a solution to this!

LoissyLazzy!! THANK YOU! For posting that. I've been going nuts for 2 days trying to fix this issue. I have a #1 for an app update but updates is a blank white screen!!! It must be an iTunes issue and I'll just wait now for them to resolve it.

I'm having the same issue as LoissyLazzy. My iPhone 5 shows I have 7 updates pending, but then displays a blank screen in the updates section of the apps store. I've tried rebooting the phone but the problem persists. It's been this way for a couple days now. I'm not sure what to do, but welcome any advice.

Yep! Mine was resolved before the update. I can't believe I spent 2 days resetting and stuff. It was driving me crazy thinking something was wrong with my phone. Next time I will just be patient and let apple fix it.

I have this problem too. This problem signals that there's something up with the server I have updated to ios 6.1 on iphone 5 and still have no update screen apple needs to fix this and pronto been a on off problem for too long now so apple pull your finger out oh and one more thing if I have got your attention please can you equal it out on features for USA and GB please there's no Language barrier so no excuses in my eyes.

Double tap the home button, dock bar should appear at the bottom with running or recent apps, slide from right to left and find the app store, press and hold until the - sign appears, tap the red minus and try it again. Works sometimes.
