Unrecognized iPhone using my iMessage Account?

I just noticed (and dismissed before I thought to get a screen shot of it) a dialog from iMessage stating that an iPhone device that I don't recognize (called 'watchento iphone') is using my imessage account. First thing I did was to change my Apple ID password to another strong password. But now what do I do? Can I disable iMessage/Messages on devices I don't have access to? Any help is appreciated.

Apple iMac , Mac OS X (10.7.2), Apple MacBook Air, iPhone 4

If you changed the password that should have disabled the ID on the other phone. In fact, you should need to go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in using the new password too before iMessage will work again for your phone too. If you were also using this ID for other services, you'll need to do the same in Settings>FaceTime and Settings>iTunes & App Stores. If you were using it for iCloud, you'll need to take the steps outlined in Winston Churchill's post here: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4193826.
