Hi, I need an answer from someone experienced please!

idk if this is a virus, a hack, or a malfunction that is happening with all of my devices!

everytime i try to go on a web, it loads normally, sometimes it pops up like this 😟!

why? I need an answer. it would happen with my HP and I had been hacked, my laptop made clicking sounds and such.

This happening with my iphone, ipad, macbook, my family, it even happened @ my university computers, libraries ettc!

can someone please explain whats going on!

I am really scared!

I'd go with definitely. I see it when I try to open Safari with a lot of tabs open from the previous session. Attribute to trying to use too much bandwidth at the same time. Upgrade your ISP to faster service. Try alternative DNS settings. Make sure your network isn't receiving interference from Microwave, wireless phone, neighbors, etc. with a Mac you should never thnk "virus" first. Almost always something else.
