I can't find "Java Preferences" to enable applets

I recently had a new Java update installed, and now some of my online games can't be played because I need to enable Java Applets. I knew where to find Java Preferences before, but it is no longer in with the Unitilies. Is there another way to enable Java Applets now?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

Just follow the article http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5559 xD

If article procedures don't work. Do it manually:

Remove Macintosh HD > /Library/Internet Plug-ins/JavaAppletPlugin.plugin and restart computer.

I had this same problem. Java preferences doesn't appear in utilities but if you go into System Preferences and an icon for Java should appear on the bottom. This seems to pretty much be the updated route to Java Preferences.
