If you had put a rescue email on your account when you knew your answers then use it : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312

If you can't remember your answers that you put on your account and you hadn't put a rescue email address on your account then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699

This is so frustrating! I can call apple but I absolutely hate talking on the phone! They should have a written option because it's so much easier. Apple have seriously messed up! Why would they make it like this if it's stopping them from gaining money. We are all stuck in a void.. Why do i even have to re verrify? One day I can download music the next I am unable to do anything!!

UGHHHHHHHHH SOOOOO ANNOYINGGG!!!!!!!!!!

If you mean that you aren't getting the reset link on your account then you won't if you hadn't put a rescue email address on your account - you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

Contacting Apple about account security : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699

When they've been reset you can then use add a rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5620

Or, if it's available in your country, you could change to 2-step verification : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5570
