Formal complaint

I am trying to make a formal complaint to Apple, but it seems impossible to find an email or snail mail address to which I can send this letter.

I don't want to use the "feedback" form on the website as I don't think this constitutes a complaints form.

UK law states every firm needs a complaints procedure, but I cannot find it anywhere for Apple Inc (UK)!

Hope someone can point me in the right direction!

Item # 11 in the ToU here:

Never reveal any personal information.

Why would you want to put an email in your post? As mentioned (and aside from the rules here), it is not advisable to do so in an open forum - spider bots are used to find email addresses in forums such as these and they then sell your email address. If you want to share an email address, simply list it in your profile. If you include an email address in your post or signature, it will be deleted for your own safety.

I have the same issue.

Recently, my phone 5 went missing and to figure out my options, I called apple support. The tech advised me to erase the phone as a precaution. I asked him if that was advisable given that then I would not be able to track it via iCloud. Even after I read him the pop-up warning message, he insisted that Apple could track it. I followed his advice to then find out that he was wrong.

Now I am out of a phone, customer support was horrendous (two senior advisors did not call back as they promised) and now they are just walking away from the problem...

So I am persuing this via snail mail to their headquarters in Cupertino... Sigh...

Good luck with the complaint but my snail mail letter was not read by t cook. It went to the guy who I complained about who called me and basically asked what my point was. When apple make a decision then that's it. I was so annoyed by it that I got rid of my phone etc. To date I reckon that they have lost £ 500+ from me moving from apple as I used to spend a lot of money with iTunes etc but they aren't interested anymore. Beginning of the end? Once again good luck
