The ones who know aren't allowed to say, but typically it's around 60 - 90 days so 10.8.3 should be released in around 2 - 6 weeks, since it was seeded a little over a month ago.

I believe this was addressed by this firmware fix.

Hello.

Mac Mini 2012 is my first MAC. Bought in december. If i had seen these post before i would never have bought the mini. I have a 24" viewsonic monitor and connected using HDMI cable. Colors are so incorrectly displayed. I tried everything that you guys said but in vain.

Really relieved when i saw Fouad post.

Hope it really cures this disease else i will put it back in the box and return to good old PC.

It works perfect with the beta update.

Don't be disappointed yet, you have a powerful machine and just have patience because they will release the firmware update any day.

I use this Mac mini for movies and tv shows though so my purpose was the video quality.

I'm sure that and other issues will be corrected with the official update

I'd bring it back. I've owned quite a few minis and the choice of using the problematic 4000 video card was a bonehead move. I still have some of my machines running panther because it's so stable. An OS upgrade should never have to happen.

Mini Display port to HDMI - the text resolution is poor. I have only HDMI and one VGA port on the screen.

I want to use the HDMI Port.
