Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I've hooked it up to my laptop, updated the itunes, then it did all 5 steps of the sync-ing process, and I'm just lost.
Pathetic as this may sound, someone please walk me through this. I'd really appreciate it!! Thanks😊

If you have synced and backed up then, while connected to itunes 10.7? click check for updates and it should give you the update to start.
Check for updates will be in the center of the screen in itunes.
Also make sure your on itunes 10.7 which requires osx 10.6.8

And annoyingly people keep trying to call me, is that screwing it up too??!!
Once thats done click update, then its going to ask you at some point to restore, then click restore from one of todays backups.
Im not sure, never had that happen. If it does, then tell them to stop until you get back with them.
I am leaving work and will be on the road for a couple hours, so follow everything ive put and ill check back when i get home.

Thing is, I don't think it ever completed a back up, that's why I'm getting so frustrated and I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong... 😕

Oh My God!! Yes!! Finally!! It took a while i don't know why but it would stop backig up all the time and then by the time it actually wet thru with all the steps at once - I ended up with 4 photo albums with all the same photos... So how do I fix that?!
For right now just deal with that, and maybe start reading up on the iphone and how to do the things you want to do until you are comfortable with syncinc, backing up, using etc. That will help you in the long run.
