Syncing & Moving Media

I authorized my iPhone on my old laptop when I first got it (the phone, not the laptop). Now I've got a new laptop but I can only move media between my library and my iPhone on that first old laptop. Both machines are authorized. But only one lets me move media around. Can anyone help?

iPhone 4, Windows 7

There must be a simplier way of doing this, but at least it worked. Thank you very much for your help and more importantly with your patience!
