My wife is trying to record her FaceTime calls with a friend from across the country. I noticed that Messages has a record chat option under video but whenever I start a FaceTime call it become gray. Am I doing something wrong? How can we record her conversations?

same problem with my student who has NO new screen option.. just NEW MOVIE which records HER not ME.
and she just bought quicktime 7 PRO which had NO way to record me... I have new screen option on my osx 10.6, and it's Quicktime 10.0 so I can record her.
I"m having same problem. It records my image, but not the person I am calling?
Where are these recorded FaceTime videos stored? In I photo?
