Cannot Update Apps.

I am attempting to update a couple of my apps (Xfinity Connect and vSSH) and neither of them will download to update. I then tried removing the existing version of the app and re-installing it. That does not work either. You click install and the install bar appears in the icon then disappears and the button returns to install from installing.


From iTunes I get error 11111 from my iTunes dl for certian apps.

I also tested on my iPad, iPhone 4 and iPhone 5, no difference.


What is going on?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.0.1, also tested on IPad2 and iPhone 4

I still have the problem that updates and apps do not load. The apps remain at the "Waiting" state. Strangely enough this happens only on my iPad 3 whereas everything is fine on iPhone 4 and 4S, so it does not seem to be related to my iTunes account.


As I've tried everything (logging off from my iTunes account, rebooting, resetting to factory settings, deleting apps to force a clean install) I'm getting disappointed now as I would not want to reset the iPad completely.


Any advice?

I got the solution now: There was one suspended download of a song from iTunes Match in the queue which halted all other pending downloads from the app store and even from Newsstand.


The easy solution was to delete that download of that one song from the Downloads List in the iTunes app. Immediately after that the downloads of updates resumed.
