weather icon wont find local weather

The best way to show "Local Weather" in the Notifications pull down, is to go:

Settings>Privacy>Location Services (ON)>Weather, and select OFF. Once you then go & pull down Notifications, you will have shown whatever city you have chosen on your Weather Widget. ie, if you select Denver on the widget, then Denver will show on the Notification pull down screen. Change location/city, and that city will show when pulling down the Notifications pull down screen.

Same mither here. 4s running 6.1.2 and the weather app is showing a COMPLETLY different area than where I am? Seems to be a GPS problem, app update needed.

Do you have Location Services turned on for Weather?

I Certainly do. Every now and then it will find my current location then, a little while later it will show me 50+ miles away from where I am!?

Mine was finally resolved when I took my phone in because of an unrelated camera error it was having. They replaced my phone, and i have not had the weather app problem since. For some reason it has ONLY been happening on some phones, and from what i've heard it was only AT&T.
