Do I need a Company in order to recieve money from App Sales?

I would like to create a Free iOS App and sell in App items such as subscription, upgrades etc To recieve money from any potential sales do I have to have a Company? Is one of the requirements from Apple in recieving any money is that you need to input your Company details? What if someone has no Company and is just an indivdual? Are they then exempt from creating iOS Apps' for sale/or with in App purchases?

Basically I have no Company, I would like to create an App and sell in App items, will Apple pay me or tell me that I first need a Company?

You don't need to be a company.

You can just sell the apps/content as an individual developer.

There is a tax form you will have to fill out once you enroll in the paid developer program.

Thanks for the help Michael,

I was wondering is there a copy of the Tax form available on the internet I could look at? I intend to get my programmer to create for me an App and I will submit it to the App Store.

Im in the UK if it helps.
